Project Description
The Orange Teen House, located in downtown Orange, offers ten subsidized apartments for youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Amenities include supportive services, laundry facilities, convenient access to public transportation, local shops, and restaurants.
Eligibility
All units are subsidized through either the Project Based Housing Choice Voucher program or the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program. Please refer to the Income Eligibility Chart. Applicants must be 18-24 at the time of application and willing to participate in contracted supportive services provided by Dial Self.
How to Apply
To apply for an apartment at the Orange Teen House, fill out the OTH Application. If you do not have access to a printer, please call us or stop by the office to pick one up.
