For maintenance issues at properties managed by HRA

Please be sure to include:

  • Head of Household name
  • Property name
  • Unit address
  • Phone number
  • The reason for the request. Please try to keep description brief, no more than 2 sentences or about 30 words.
  • If you will grant maintenance permission to enter your unit

Maintenance will respond to work orders in order of priority.

What is a maintenance emergency?

No heat

Power failure/no electricity 
(for reasons other than non-payment)

No hot water/no water

Blocked drains or toilets

Water leaks/broken pipes

Lockouts

Snow and ice removal 
(staff automatically responds within 24 hours of a storm)

Security lock failures

Fire of any kind 
(please contact the Fire Department first)

Disturbances 
(please contact the Police Department first)
