Sanderson Place, Sunderland

Property type: Affordable Rental Senior Age 62+ Housing

We have completed the housing lottery for Sanderson Place. We had 62 applicants for 33 units. The following is a list of the first 33 applicants that will be processed and the order in which we will reach for further screening. Applicants will be processed for further screening in the order in which their numbers were drawn.

If your application was part of the lottery, but your number is not on this list, you are on a waitlist. Depending on the results of processing the first 33 applicants, you may still have an opportunity to be processed for a unit in this initial round. We will contact you when you are eligible to be processed for a unit.

We are excited to begin the next phase of providing homes in Sunderland for our applicants! We are anticipating mid-fall, early winter occupancy.
