Once again, the Leased Housing Team has achieved a Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) score of 100%, making them designated as a High Performer!
SEMAP enables HUD to better manage the Section 8 tenant based program by identifying PHA Capabilities and deficiencies related to the administration of the Section 8 Program.
This designation from HUD means that HRA will continue to receive the maximum amount in Administrative Fees.
